The Madison Event Center is a large event center with multiple spaces for events. Located in downtown Covington, it contains six rooms of various sizes across four floors.
The Grande Ballroom
The Grande Ballroom is the largest space in the Madison Event Center. Located in the basement of the building, the Grande seats up to 375 guests. It features a contemporary styling and decor, built in bar with three draft beer stations, and a large dance floor. It also has private bathrooms for your event, chandeliers and pin spot lighting, and popular Chiavari chairs included.
Catering
The Madison has in-house catering for all events. You can pick from there menu selections, or even customize a menu for your event. Beverages must be handled by the venue as well, and they have a selection of beer, wine, and champagne to choose from.
Access and Parking
All spaces are handicap accessible, with no elevation change from the sidewalk to the lobby, and an elevator inside. The Madison is easily accessible from Covington’s 5th street exit off of I-71/75, and about 5 minutes by car from downtown Cincinnati. The hall has an agreement with the parking garage behind the Hotel Covington, where parking is validated and thus free for events as well as tours.
