New Riff Distrillery has two spaces available for rent for events, along with being one of a few active distilleries in Northern Kentucky. The Doubler Room has a capacity of 48, while the Tower Room has space for 120 people and is the popular option for wedding ceremonies and receptions.
New Riff is located next door to The Party Source, sharing a parking lot with the adult beverage superstore in Newport, KY. Established in 2014, it just started bottling it’s own bourbons in 2018. It’s name is inspired by the musical term “riff,” implying it’s a new take on an old, established spirit. In addition to being a working distillery and event center, there is a tasting room, and it offers excellent free tours of its facility that end with free tastings of their products.
The Tower Room
The Tower Room is a modern loft style room located on the second floor of the building. It has a large outdoor deck for guests to enjoy a view of the distilling column a somewhat obstructed view of Cincinnati and the Ohio River. Roll-up garage doors open to the deck for easy access as well as bringing the outside in.
Rental Features
Each rental lasts four hours and includes tables, chairs, dishware, and furnishings. New Riff provides bar service packages at a per-person rate, featuring their own spirits as well as local breweries, and has a selection of preferred caterers to choose from.
Ample parking is available in the parking lot split with The Party Source. Many hotel rooms are available nearby, including the Comfort Suites across the street. It’s easy to get to, being just off the first I-471 Exit from Cincinnati.
