The Willow Event Center is a freshly (in 2019) remodeled event space in the Colerain area, just a 15-20 minute drive outside of downtown Cincinnati. Formerly known as Wunderland, this venue can host 250 people for a ceremony and reception inside, or 150 people outside on its uncovered deck and gazebo. It features attractive grounds with, among other things, a large willow. The hall itself has a brick exterior with a large dance floor and attractive chandeliers inside.
Willow Event Center Pricing
Peak season 2020 Saturday wedding receptions run $2,500 for four hours, and an on-site ceremony will cost $500 more. Off-season, a four hour reception falls to $1,300 on Saturday and Holidays, and $1000 on Fridays and Sundays. They have partnered with 5 caterers to exclusively provide catering services, and bar service runs from $16.95 to $28.95 per person.
Additional Features
Rentals include tables and chairs, basic linens, and simple centerpieces. Additional decorations and accents can be acquired from Willow or other providers. Also available is a bridal suite. Willow has a large private parking lot, and is wheelchair accessible.
