The Spot on West Fifth

The Spot On West Fifth is a downtown reception hall. Located in a historic building across the street from the Duke Energy Convention Center, it features large, open floor plan, exposed brick, and wood floors. It has a capacity of up to 225 guests.

Rentals are $5000 on Friday and Saturday evenings, and $4000 on Sundays. This gets you a four hour event (additional hours are $500) with their tables and chairs.

Being downtown, it’s nearby plenty of attractions, popular photo shoot locations like Smale Park, Eden Park, and Devou Park, plenty of hotels, and nearby parking.
