The Grove Banquet and Event Center is Springfield Township is an attractive yet affordable township-owned event venue on Winton Road, behind the Springfield Township Administration Complex. The venue can seat up to 300 people, and rentals help support the Springfield Township Senior Center.
Cost of the Grove
Rentals on Friday and Saturday evenings are $2,750 for under 150 guests, and $3,250 for events with 151-300 guests as a catered event. Rentals include 5 hours of event time with exclusive use of the facility, bartenders and non-alcoholic beverages, tables, chiavari chairs, linens, and a skirted stage. Beyond the 5 hours of event time, you get two hours before to set up the space, and one hour after to clean up. (Additional time is $50 per hour.) Additional a la carte rentals include options to update tables, linens, and add event lighting.
A rental requires use of of the their preferred vendors. Alcohol is available (except on Sundays) at relatively affordable rates. Contact the event center to learn more about current catering options, or submit a request to use your desired caterer.
Wedding Ceremonies and Other Amenities
Wedding ceremonies can be held inside, or outside on the venue’s attractive, shaded lawn.
The Grove is just 15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. It’s a little hidden, tucked behind the Springfield Township administrative offices, some distance from the road. Ample free parking is on site.
